In this page we can show with pictures the evolution  the Honda civic EG made to finish as the RCX show car.
First year the civic was modified. Only a
bolt on kit, lambo doors, angel eyes
headlights etc... Nice

2005
From the end of 2004 till the 2005 XLR8 competition we worked on what is regarded by
many as ' the world's best modified civic". This was the biggest project we ever did to
date,
based on the black civic that got 3rd place in the street modified class in 2004. Modified
chassis, completely new unrecognisable one off bodywork, one off lights, completely
automated doors etc.. Too much to list here! It was worth it.... The car was jaw dropping.

The design before work was started
Still not happy with what we achieved we went back to the
drawing board. This time the task was to complete the car.
The bodywork, although amazing still could get better. The
interior needed to be a custom one off, and the car
deserved a better engine.

The finished car went another step ahead to be
considered arguably the best body styling and interior
exercise on the planet.

Bodywork

One off hand built body work. One off head lights and tail
lights. Special double bonnet with stainless steel centre
section that opens on it's own as well. One off doors cut
with centre part hole.  Stainless steel inserts. Modified
chassis, cut and strengthened. Stainless steel back
diffuser with central exhaust. Hydraulic automatic doors,
air suspension and accessories, one off 5 tone paint job
etc.... More a concept car than a modified civic!

Interior

One off interior with a mixture of charcoal alcantara
leather, stainless steel and paint. Computer controlled via
a touchscreen or voice switchgear. One off seats,
stainless steel one off accessories. Vieta Sound system.
